We've had the Bingo Australia system for several months now, having finally decided to get with the times and offer our patrons an electronic option along with our existing paper system. Almost immediately we doubled our regular players and managed to increase our bingo sessions from once a fortnight to weekly, going to twice weekly not long after that. The system is easy to navigate, and the electronic caller, which can be sped up or slowed down as the room requires, is preferred by our players, while it also frees up our bingo staff to assist the room and run things with far less stress. Most impressive, though, is the service from the Bingo Australia staff, who have been patient as we've set things up, with never a hint of anything but congeniality when we've requested changes.

I have just reviewed the past few months and it’s pretty amazing to be able to say, we don’t seem to be having many if any issues at all, and if we do, the staff call you guys and it can usually be fixed over the phone. I can’t remember the last time we had to send one back to swap it out. GREAT WORK guys! How wonderful it is for us to have a product that I don’t even need to worry about. That does its job. Such a huge improvement!!!

On behalf of my resident bingo players and myself ,I would like to advise you that the Bingo Shutter Boards I purchased were very popular and well received by all !!!! We had our first day back today after a break over Christmas/ New Year., and they were curious /surprised to find no cards or buttons on their tables… until I announced that we had a new way of playing , and then handed out the shutter boards and explained how to use them. Think they were truly knocked over by the simple way of using them.

Can I just say the speed of your orders being delivered is utterly amazing. Wish more companies worked like you guys do.
